Rolli LLC is a privately-owned limited liability corporation that offers both an online web site and an online software-as-a-service application (referred to below respectively as the “Site”, “Application”, and collectively as our “Services”).
By accessing our Services you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services. The materials contained in our Services are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Because Rolli is a privately-owned company, we retain the right to enforce standards of behavior that enhance the experience for all users of our Services.

Activity that makes users of our Services “uncomfortable” or “offended” does not necessarily constitute a violation of this Code of Conduct. Rolli LLC may address each potential violation individually and at its sole discretion, and not all violations will result in an immediate termination of service.
Rolli LLC is based in the United States and strongly advocates freedom of speech and freedom of ideas. We want our platform and the people who use it to represent a diversity of opinions. But we will not let the platform be used to overtly spread hatred, and we expect and will enforce this same commitment from the users of our Services.
To reduce the risk of fraudulent or improper use of the Services, Rolli LLC may at its sole discretion initiate a review of any claim that you assert which could affect the experience of other users of our Services. As an example, if you sign up as a “Producer” and represent that you work for a major television network, we may ask you to provide additional documentation to validate that assertion. We will not keep this additional documentation any longer than it takes to validate the assertion, after which any documentation (be it physical or electronic) will be completely destroyed or deleted. If your assertion is found to be blatantly false, we will ask you to correct it in our Services; failure to correct an assertion that has been determined “blatantly false” may result in termination of your license to use the Services.
The quality of your experience depends on a community of active participants sharing the same goals: to match producers of content with the subject matter experts who wish to appear in said content. The quality of the service would severely degrade if the system were to become filled with inactive profiles and unresponsive users.
To prevent inactive profiles from degrading the quality of the experience, Rolli LLC may initiate a purge of inactive accounts from time to time. If your account is deemed “inactive,” we will alert you of that determination by email at the email address that you used to sign up for our Services. From the date of that notification, you will have ninety (90) days to update your account information. Failure to update your account information within the ninety days will result in your profile being marked as “abandoned.”
Abandoned profiles will remain in a dormant state for at least ninety (90) more days, but will no longer appear in the system (e.g., as part of search results). You may update your account at any time while it is in the abandoned status. Failure to update your abandoned account within the ninety days may result in your account being deleted from the system. After the ninety day dormant period, the date of your account deletion will be selected by Rolli LLC at its sole discretion. Once deleted, any profile information that you entered will be completely removed from our database and will no longer be recoverable by you or by Rolli LLC.
The Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Rolli LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Rolli LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to or from the Services.
Rolli LLC is not responsible for the content of any user-created posting, activity, or message. The decision to view content or engage with others is yours, and we advise you to use your judgment. In no event shall Rolli LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Rolli LLC Services, even if Rolli LLC or a Rolli LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Rolli LLC does not warrant that any of the materials provided via the Services are accurate, complete, or current. Rolli LLC may make changes to the materials accessed via our Services at any time without notice. However, Rolli LLC does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Rolli LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to or from the Services and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Rolli LLC of the linked site, and use of any such linked site is at the user's own risk.
Rolli LLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
